Staff were very supportive . The hotel also has restaurants and a convenience store nearby.
The cramped room resulted in poor ventilation. It was difficult to sleep well due to this (it really affected my rest). I found it hard to get comfortable.

the staff helped ship luggage to my next destination the room was spacious and clean the restaurant provided excellent service. i appreciated that they assisted with contacting yamato service to ensure my luggage arrived safely. the staff demonstrated a high level of care and attention to detail.
the allocated room was a bit smaller than expected for the number of guests initially booked.

the location was indeed perfect. i found it very convenient to access various attractions. the staff was very helpful and cute, which i appreciated. the breakfast offered a lot of variety with tasty options. the hotel provided complimentary coffee and tea throughout the day. this was a small touch but i thought it was a thoughtful gesture.
the air conditioning controls felt a little limited, it was difficult to maintain a consistent temperature in the room. this was only a minor inconvenience, as i enjoyed the rest of my stay.

The staff were super friendly. I found them helpful to guide me. I could leave my luggage before check-in. The air conditioning worked excellently. I really liked the comfy bed and great WiFi.
I noticed a slight cigarette smell in the lobby sometimes from the smoking area outside.
